1 Project overview

What we're building and why, in one page.

TO Solutions is designing and building a web presence for Fusion Kitchen: a central Main Group homepage that acts as the umbrella brand, linking out to four individually branded landing pages — three ghost-kitchen concepts and one dining / tasting-menu concept — plus a booking & enquiry system attached to the tasting menu.

This document is the single source of truth for what has been paid for, what is in scope, and how the project is delivered. It is shared so the client and TO Solutions are aligned before and during the build. Anything not listed here is out of scope unless agreed in writing (see §10).

3 Site architecture

How the group homepage connects to the four concepts.

The Main Group homepage is the hub. Each concept has its own landing page linked from the group navigation. The Dining / Tasting Menu page additionally connects into the booking & enquiry system.

All five pages share one codebase, one design language, and one deployment — so navigation, branding and performance stay consistent, and future edits happen in one place.

4 Recommended tech stack

Built on Next.js with a custom backend to manage content, enquiries & bookings.

We recommend and will build on the following stack. It's fast, ranks well in search, cheap to host, and gives Fusion Kitchen a proper backend to manage the site rather than relying on scattered third-party tools.

Frontend — Next.js (React)

Group homepage + four landing pages. Server-rendered for strong SEO and fast load on mobile.

Custom backend — Node.js API

One place to manage content, receive enquiries, and store tasting-menu bookings. No dependence on someone else's platform.

Database

Managed PostgreSQL (e.g. Supabase / Neon) for bookings & enquiries — reliable, low-cost, easy to back up.

Hosting — Vercel

First-class Next.js hosting, global CDN, automatic HTTPS, and near-zero cost at this traffic level.

Email delivery

Transactional email (e.g. Resend / SendGrid) so booking & enquiry notifications reliably reach the client's inbox.

Analytics

Lightweight, privacy-friendly analytics so you can see traffic per concept without slowing the site.

ℹ Why this over a page-builder

A custom Next.js build means the group owns the code, the pages load faster (better rankings + conversion), and the booking data lives in your own backend — not locked inside a rented tool with monthly fees per page.

5 Included at no charge

Delivered as part of the project — not billed separately.

ItemWhat's covered
Mobile optimisationEvery page is fully responsive and tested across phone, tablet and desktop breakpoints.
Basic SEOSensible page titles, meta descriptions, headings, image alt text, a sitemap and clean semantic markup so pages are indexable. Basic on-page SEO only — see note below.
Content brandingConsistent typography, colour and tone applied across the group homepage and all landing pages.

⚠ What "basic SEO" does not include

Basic SEO is provided free as good practice. It does not include ongoing SEO campaigns, keyword research & strategy, content marketing, link building, local-listing management, or monthly reporting. Those can be quoted separately if wanted later.

6 Flexible credit clause

Your flexibility if one of the concepts changes.

✓ £450 flexible credit

Any one of the four £450 landing pages may be swapped for £450 of equivalent work — for example an extra feature, additional content, or an integration — if a kitchen concept changes or is dropped before that page is built.

To keep this clean and fair to both sides:

7 Booking & enquiry system

Attached to the Dining / Tasting Menu concept.

Guests reach the booking & enquiry flow from the Dining / Tasting Menu landing page. The system captures an enquiry and delivers it to the client. Scope for the £450 included:

ℹ Scope boundary

This is an enquiry / booking-request system. It is not a real-time table-management platform, a payment / deposit system, or a third-party reservations integration (e.g. OpenTable / ResDiary). Any of those can be quoted separately.

8 Out of scope & assumptions

ℹ Draft schedule

⚠ Keeps us on schedule

Timings assume content and feedback are provided promptly (see §8 assumptions). Included revision rounds: two for the homepage, one per landing page — further rounds may extend the timeline.

11 Changes & sign-off

How we handle anything beyond this document.

This wiki defines the agreed scope. Anything outside it — new pages, extra features, integrations, or additional revision rounds — is a change request: we'll scope it, quote it, and only start once it's approved in writing. This protects the timeline and keeps costs transparent for everyone.
